The Cote du Rhone is a route that follows one of Europe's greatest rivers from Geneva down through southern France to its mouth at the med. The first two stages are in the foothills of the alps so are slightly hilly, but nothing compared to the neighbouring cols and climbs. After these two stages are complete, it is time to follow the mighty river south. The roads flatten and distance can be covered. Lets hope that you do not get too distracted in Chateauneuf du Pape at the end of the penultimate day. If you make it to the last day, you will cross the 'pont' at Avingnon and make your way past the white horses of the Camargue.

The plan would be to arrive on the Wednesday morning, get bikes sorted in Geneva and ride straight out from there. Arriving by the sea on Sunday. Flying back from Marseille on the Monday.

Below are the planned parcours... please not that these are subject to change and should be treated as a guideline.
